Bio: Marcus Hellcunt.

 Started drumming when I was 12. Played for a School cover band doing Motley Crue, Hoodoo Gurus and Painters & Dockers. Started jamming with high school mates  doing Metallica covers in Remorse when we switched to writing original stuff. Recorded our 1st demo and played our first pub gig at Bell Street Rock. Later forming Entasis with Tony from Blood Duster. Was asked to join Corpse Molestation before the name change to Bestial Warlust. Recorded a few demos and 2 full length albums. Then helped out Anatomy recording the Witches of Dathomir and at the same time joined Gospel of the Horns where I  recorded, gigged, toured and drank myself into another level of metal frenzied oblivion for 14 years. Towards the later years of GOTH I moved to Brisbane and joined Vomitor which I've been in since 2007. The booze and substance shenanigans continued and after 5 albums with Vomitor, a U.S tour and a few EU tours we're still going. Back around 2011 I co-formed Demonreich in Brisbane to practice and keep in shape for Vomitor. Did the same thing when I moved back to Melbourne in 2013 with session drums for Peter Hobbs and Decrepit Soul recording The Coming of War. This is basically where I've been musically for the last 35 years.

Bands you would love to tour with or already have: Toured with and supported Carcass, Morbid Angel, Impaled Nazarene, Sodom, Dismember, Watain, Nifleheim, Destroyer666, Primordial, Blasphemy, Angel Corpse, Enthroned, Incantation. Headline tours with Vomitor and Gospel of the Horns in both The U.S and Europe extensively. I would have loved to have toured back in the day with Metallica during the Cliff Burton era.

Most memorable moments: My first Bestial Warlust gig at the Hell Club in Melbourne supporting Carcass when the curtains rolled  back and I saw the look on peoples faces, WTF? Also meeting Cronos at the gig, drinking with him and throwing beer cans at carcass for being such rockstar wankers.

Vomitors last Euro tour in April 2019 playing shows the Eastern EU to a bunch of total metal Maniax. 

Vomitor/Blasphemy OZ Tour 2019 was the best tour I've been involved with. Those guys know how to drink. 

Gospel Of the Horns at Hells Pleasure festival in Germany when after a massive 2 day drug induced drinking session I threw up on stage all over my kit and fell off the drum stool. The 2000 or so crowd went nuts and to this day i still get people shaking my hand saying how good that gig was.

Gospel of the Horns first U.S tour meeting a fan in Texas who travelled all the way from Europe with most albums I've played on so he could meet me and get his LPs signed. A mighty effort. Very humbling. These are the moments that make playing metal great.
